本研究針對電視購物台服務品質的特質與內涵,建構出一套適合台灣電視購物服務品質量表。為建構完整有效的「電視購物服務品質量表」,本研究以探索性因素分析及結構方程模式中的驗證性因素分析進行驗證。預試問.由量表初稿49 題經二次因素分析,縮減為26 題項正式問,經三階段模式建購,最後結果顯示:由五個構面23 題項組成的「多因素斜交模式」適合做為「電視購物服務品質評量表」的模式。
This study intends to construct a fit service quality scale focusing on characteristics and content for TV-Shopping industry in Taiwan.This study conducts exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis from the structural equation modeling to construct an valid ”TV-Shopping Service Quality Scale”. The questionnaire is conducted by three steps. After the second model modification, the five-dimension 23-item “multiple-factor oblique model” is fit for the scale.
