本研究目的,以紮根理論探討觀光旅館業房務部一線人員導入知識分享時,如何影響組織學習的關係。此外,對於旅館業房務人員、組織學習與知識分享之間的關係;將有助於旅館業一線人員瞭解知識分享觀念的落實對組織學習之影響。以質性研究訪談方式收集資料,紮根理論分析,最後形成理論飽和。本研究以觀光旅館管理人員為研究對象,共計10個樣本;結果發現,觀光旅館管理人員知識分享行為在房務部一線人員與組織學習過程之間具有中介效果;一線人員與知識分享是專業能力的養成之過程;知識分享行為與組織學習過程中,屬於有效學習成效過程,其中一對一教授、師徒制度、部門會議最有效。
The purpose this research. discussion of the effects of knowledge sharing implementation the front-line employees of Tourist Hotel Industry Housekeeping Department and organizational learning on the basis of grounded theory. will help to know the effect of knowledge sharing between the implement the concept of front-line employees and organizational learning. The research collects data through qualitative research interview, conducts data analysis based on grounded theory methodology, and finally achieves theoretical saturation. Tourist Hotel Industry of managers from as research target and sample, Totally 10 persons. Found in the research that introduction of knowledge sharing behavior has a mediation effect between the hotel Housekeeping Department front-line employees and organization learning. process, Knowledge sharing is cultivation of professional ability achieve the effects process, Among effect learning. process between knowledge sharing behavior and organization learning. process. of one by one, mentor, department meeting most effective.
