Globalization has accelerated the hardening and growth of small and medium enterprises in Taiwan. This study refers to the Birkinshaw et al. (1995) model, adding dynamic capacity and environmental factors as disturbance variables, and classifying the SME business strategy into forward-looking and defenders according to the strategic classification framework of Miles et al. (1978). Analysts and responders, etc. There are four types of policy states. The purpose of this study is to understand the performance of Taiwan’s SMEs’ industrial conditions on corporate performance under globalization. At the same time, the company’s own capabilities and external conditions are explored. This helps Taiwan's SMEs to consciously influence their performance and choose the right strategy and long-term strategy. Planning business model. The target of this sample collection is the small and medium-sized manufacturing industry of the Ministry of Economic Affairs' factory directory, which facilitates the sampling of 1,000 small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.

Next, the reference for strategic review and adjustment of production operations management; Finally, this study provides the verification results of the industry development model, which is conducive to Taiwanese SME manufacturing under globalization, and the establishment of a long-term competitive advantage model in the future implementation of the practice. Clear direction.
