本文主要從法律的三個功能，分別為社會控制、衝突解決和社會工程， 探討韓非認為法治教育所具有的功能。並分析韓非的法治教育具有何種特質，其 特質為一種反智論，包括對於人類智性的憎恨和懷疑，以及對於代表智性知識份 子的排斥。所以韓非法治教育的特質，影響秦始皇和李斯，表現出為思想的控制 與統一，是專制政治的指導原則。

In terms of the three functions of law, which are respectively social control, settlements of disputes, and social engineering, this paper discusses the essence of law education in Han Fei's philosophy. It further analyzes the character of Han Fei's law education-anti-intellectualism, including animosity and doubt about human reason as well as rejection of intellectuals. Han Fei's law education, showing the control and unification of thinking, is guideline for absolutism and exerted influence on Li Si and the Emperor of the Chin Dynasty.
