本研究旨在探討一位國中英語專家教師之實務知識的內涵、可能的認知結構。研究參與對象者曾當選過全縣優良英語教師。質性資料之蒐集以教室觀察與訪談為主,期程長達十個月。研究主要發現為菁菁老師之實務知識:內容包含七類目,二十次類目;且會因應兩種不同英文學習成就之班級而調整。
The purpose of this study was to explore the essence of the practical knowledge of an expert English teacher Ching-Ching in high school. Qualitative data was conducted for 10 months based on participant observation, in-depth interview, and documentation. The major findings regarding CC’s pratical knowledge were that it includes 7 categories and 20 sub-category.
