本文旨在探究教室生態典範的源起、要素與重要性,並深入探討教室生態典範與教師實務知識的關係。同時關注於複雜的教室動態歷程,重建個體、情境、行爲間的關係,促進實務與理論的相互證成,強化教師在教室層級轉化的角色,藉由對話、反思、行動等策略,自然地開展並檢視教室生態的內容,以作爲教師實務知識建構的基礎。最後,則以Placek (1983)所論述的概念爲例,澄清體育教學應有的本質與意義,再思教師教學行爲與學生學習成就間的交互作用,強調教師實務知識建構的重要性。
