題名:自我超越心理教育介入方案影響安養機構老人成功老化初探

本研究旨在探討自我超越心理教育介入方案對安養機構老人成功老化的影響。研究者立意抽樣某安養機構的40名老人,隨機分配20人為實驗組,另外20人為控制組。實驗組參加為期八週的自我超越心理教育介入方案,控制組則無任何實驗方案活動介入。研究資料透過共變數分析,來釐清自我超越心理教育介入方案對安養機構老人成功老化的影響成效。並透過事後訪談實驗組老人來釐清自我超越心理教育介入方案展現實施成效的心理運作機制。共變數統計分析結果顯示自我超越心理教育介入方案可以有效提升老人的成功老化。潛在成長模式分析結果顯示,老人自我超越較高者,成功老化有較佳的起始狀態表現,且老人自我超越成長速率快者,其成功老化的成長也較快。訪談研究發現,促使自我超越心理教育介入方案有效提升成功老化的關鍵,在於「生命自主」、「走出小我」的向上螺旋心理運作機制之發揮。根據這些主要研究發現,研究者對提升安養機構老人成功老化,以及未來研究提出相關建議。
The main purpose of this study was to explore the effects of self-transcendence psychoeducational intervention program on successful ageing among older adults living in care institutions. Nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group design was used in this study, and we recruited a convenience sample including 40 elders to carry out experiment. During experiment period, 20 elders participated in self-transcendence psychoeducational intervention program, another 20 elders participated in a control group. These participants completed measures of self-transcendence, and successful ageing. The obtained data were analyzed by ANCOVA, and latent growth curve models analysis to examine effects. Results showed effects of self-transcendence on elders' successful ageing was significant. And the older who had higher self-transcendence would tend to have better successful ageing. Moreover, those had a larger progress of self-transcendence would tend to have better progress of successful ageing. And qualitative interviews showed self-transcendence is obtained by upward spiral mechanisms including beyond the limits of ego and control of my own destiny. Based on these results, the recommendations for the promotion of successful ageing among older adults living in care institutions, and future research were submitted.
