This study aimed to compiling a suitable teachers' teaching evaluation inventory in the Healthy and Physical education, and developing a reliable one in this field. The subjects in the study were 227 teachers selected from junior high schools. By using exploratory factory analysis, the teaching inventory was constructed by six factors which were: (1) Can employ practical teaching skills to reach teaching goals (2) Specialized in Healthy and Physical domain (3) Can provide diversity examples and strategies to lead students to learn by analogy (4) Instruct the important concepts from Healthy and Physical domain accurately and clearly (5) Can master the competence in Healthy and physical according to curriculum goals (6) Design teaching plans according to students' learning development and individual differences. The results of utilizing item analysis in these six factors indicated that all items were correspondent to the requirements for Critical Ratio. After the reliability test, the Cronbach α coefficient of six scales reached .86, .82, .88, .88, .93 and .81. Furthermore, the six factors can explain 72.8% total variance in the finding of the factor analysis on validity test. It revealed that the reliability and validity of this inventory were acceptable. This inventory could be applied extensively and be the reference to future studies in Healthy and Physical education.
