In response to the concept of equal opportunities, Hong Kong schools began to take care of the special needs students concerned since the end of last century; The Education Bureau of HKSAR government has been implementing the inclusive education in primary and secondary schools more than a decade, so that many mainstream schools join the related scheme and provide more caring to this kind of students. The focus of this article is to analyze the evolution of the development of Government-related policies. It will also address the practices of an elementary school in this area. Literature review is analyzed and its latest developments are made.
