Based on the findings of organizational studies, the paper analyzed the implications for educational policy implementation. There are four major parts to this paper. First, The multi-perspective characteristics of organizational studies were introduced. Second, the necessity of integrating organizational research was mentioned. Third, the author presented several questions that can facilitate and stimulate the analyses during the stage of implementing educational policies. The final part of this paper, application and analysis, the author analyzed that the issues should be considered when implementing the recent policy of "normalized grouping". The author argued that findings of organizational studies could be used to facilitate the analyses during the stage of implementing educational policies.
