題名:檢驗計畫與意圖穩定性在運動意圖與行為關係中的中介與調節式中介效果及在行為改變階段上的差異

本研究目的有五,首先,檢驗意圖是否透過計畫的中介間接影響行為;第二,探討意圖及意圖穩定性是否調節計畫中介意圖與行為的效果;第三,檢驗意圖穩定性是否調節意圖與行為的關係;第四,檢驗計畫在各行為改變階段上的差異;第五,計畫是否影響各階段的轉變。以309位國中老師為研究對象,採用自陳量表的調查法,使用的測量工具有運動行為測量、行動計畫量表、因應計畫量表、運動意圖量表以及行為改變階段的測量。研究結果發現:一、意圖除了對行為有直接效果外,並透過計畫的部分中介影響行為。二、意圖及意圖穩定性無法調節計畫中介意圖與行為的關係。三、意圖的穩定性調節意圖與行為的關係;當意圖穩定性低時,高意圖者與低意圖者的運動行為無差異;當意圖穩定性高時,高意圖者的運動行為顯著高於低意圖者。四、不同行為階段在計畫的得分有差異,在行動計畫方面,維持期及行動期高於準備期,準備期高於思考期及思考前期;維持期與行動期無差異,思考期與思考前期也無差異。在因應計畫方面,維持期及行動期高於準備期、思考期及思考前期;維持期與行動期無差異,準備期、思考期與思考前期間也無差異。五、階段的轉變在計畫的得分皆有差異。對動機階段的行動計畫與因應計畫,進展者皆高於維持者;對自主階段的行動計畫,進展者高於維持者及後退者,維持者與後退者間無差異;對自主階段的因應計畫,進展者、維持者及後退者三組間無差異。對行動階段的行動計畫及因應計畫,維持者皆高於後退者。本研究亦針對研究結果提出討論與建議。
The purpose of this study was five-fold, first to examine the mediation effect of plans on the relation between intention and behaveior: second, to examine the moderated effects of intention and intention stability on the mediated effect of plans on the relation between intention and behaveior; third, to examine the moderated effect of intention stability on the relation between intention and behaveior; fourth, to examine the difference of plans among stages of change; fifth, to examine the effects of plans on transitions of stages of change. The participants were 309 junior high school teachers. Self-reported inventories were used as primary research method. Participants were asked to complete a series of inventories, including measures of exercise behaveior, action plan scale, coping plan scale, exercise intention scale, and stage of change scale. The results of this study indicated that: First, intention has not only affected behavior directly but also affected behavior by plans indirectly. Second, intention and intention stability couldn’t moderate the mediated effect of plans on the relation between intention and behavior. Third, intention stability has moderated the relation between intention and behaveior. When intention stability was low, there was no difference of behavior between high and low intention groups. However, while intention stability was high, high intention group reported greater exercise behavior than low intention group. Fourth, there were differences between stages of change on plans. In terms of the action plan, maintenance and action stage was higher than preparation stage, and preparation stage was higher than contemplateion and precontemplation stage. There was no difference between maintenance and action stage, and between contemplation and precontemplation stage. In terms of the coping plan, action and maintenance stage were higher than preparation, contemplation and precontemplation stages. There was no difference between maintenance and action stages, and between preparation, contemplateion and precontemplation stages. Fifth, there were differences of plans between stage transitions. In motivational stage, progressor was higher than regressor both on action plan and coping plan. In volitional stage, progressor was higher than maintainer and regressor on action plan, and no difference between maintainer and regressor. In volitional stage, there was no difference between progressor, maintainer, and regressor on coping plan. In actional stage, maintainer was higher than regressor both on action plan and coping plan. The implications and future directions were also discussed.
