本研究旨在探究教師工作要求、工作資源、自我效能、主動性人格與工作投入之關係及對於工作投入的預測力。本研究以臺灣中部臺中、彰化、南投三縣市之國小正式教師為研究對象,63所國小635位教師為抽樣樣本,採「工作要求量表」、「工作資源量表」、「自我效能量表」、「主動性人格量表」與「工作投入量表」為研究工具,以描述性統計、探索性因素分析、驗證性因素分析、變異數分析進行統計分析,再以結構方程模式進行模式適合度之考驗,並檢驗中介效果、調節效果與模式之複核效化。本研究的主要發現如下:
教師工作要求、工作資源、自我效能、主動性人格與工作投入現況程度為中間偏高。教師工作要求負向預測自我效能與工作投入,教師自我效能正向預測工作投入,教師自我效能在工作要求對工作投入上具中介效果。教師工作資源正向預測自我效能與工作投入,教師自我效能在工作資源對工作投入上具中介效果。
教師工作要求、工作資源、自我效能與工作投入模式適配良好,自我效能在模式中具中介效果,模式具複核效化。主動性人格在教師工作要求、工作資源、自我效能與工作投入模式中之教師工作要求對工作投入上具調節作用。
最後,依據研究發現,提出具體建議,以供教育實務及後續研究者之參考。
