     教師評鑑乃是促進教師成長、提升學生學習的重要手段之一。本文首先說明我國教師成績考核制度的困境,其次,闡述美英兩國所實施的教師評鑑系統,再者,進行美英兩國教師評鑑系統的比較分析,最後,則以評鑑整理性的觀點,提山我國未來在規劃與實施教師評鑑系統的建議。
     The purpose of this article if firstly to explain predicaments of teacher evaluation in Taiwan. Then, it analyzes the contents of teacher evaluation systems in United state and United Kingdom. Finally, it provides some implications for construction and implementation of teacher evaluation system in Taiwan.
