題名:組織學習論基本議題的分析與比較

     現階段組織學習理論化的主要困境厥為:研究定位模糊不清與研究定向分歧不確 定。本文擬以組織學習理論中較具代表性的三種論述觀點,理性抉擇、行動理論及知識應用 觀點, 分別就組織學習與學習心理學的關係、組織學習與個人學習的關係、組織學習論的 立論旨趣、組織學習的階段活動過程、組織學習的發啟動力、組織學習活動的結果,六項基 本議題進行分析比較。冀能從各觀點對同一主題做說明的對比當中,辨明其異同優劣,分析 其互補或互斥關係,進而透過辯證程序創造出綜合性的命題或見解。這種討論對於釐清組織 學習研究的定位與定向是相當重要的。
