近年來在學生學習評量與教師教學評鑑的發展更注重彈性、變通與多元化的評量，而同儕評量便是一種可供使用的變通評量。本文以社會知識建構及社會認知論來架構同儕互評活動的理論基礎，文中亦整理出同儕評量活動的實施步驟，以減少新手的摸索時間；其次，提出計算互評活動成效的信度與效度檢定指標，以提供實施者檢定其評量成果；最後，提出增進同儕互評活動品質的建議及未來可能的研究議題。
