The main purpose of this study is to construct a questionnaire on evaluating inservice education of school administrators in graduate school. In addition, the study tries to investigate the condition of the insevice education of school administrators in graduate school. According to the result of focus interview, opinion of expert, and the questionnaire survey, the study establishes the validity of this questionnaire by evaluating the inservice education of school administrators in graduate school. The questionnaire is based on Kirkpatrick’s four-level evaluation model. Finally, the study provides some suggestions improving the inservice education of school administrators in the Taiwan area according to Kirkpatrick’s evaluation model.
