本研究針對大學生所觀察的大學教師教學創意做探討,以半結構式訪談為資料蒐集方式,共有八位南部某公立大學大三與大四學生參與。研究結果發現:大學生定義的創意主要是「不一樣」、展現出來不一樣的思考或是組合就是「創意」;學生所觀察的大學教師的創意教學只要是出乎意料或是期待,甚至讓學生可以觀摩的示範與學習、自己可以有機會動手做,或是將不同媒材與上課方式融入,都是教學的「創意」;而對同樣是大學生表現出來的創意,主要都表現在課外活動或社區服務上。然而教師的規範作業可以激發創意、也可能壓抑創意,學生會擔心成績、因此一切遵從教師的規定,以致於年級越高、創意受限越多!
This study is an attempt to explore college teachers' creative teaching from students' perspective. Eight sophomore/senior students from a southern university of Taiwan participate in the semi-interview research. The results show that students: (1) define "creativity" as "different", or different composition; (2) perceive teachers' creative teaching as "unexpected", such as demonstrating, modeling, doing-by-yourself, or engaging a variety of media (film, movies, or speech); (3) view their peer's creativity in extracurricular activities or community services. Teachers' rules can be "restricting" or "inspiring" for creativity performance.
