     本文旨在探討教師教學信念與教學實務之關係與相關理論,以瞭解教師教學時的信念與實務,作為教師教學的參考。本文首先以哲學、心理學與社會學的觀點對於信念的意義與理論基礎作一探討;其次,再以文獻探討就信念系統與特性以及教學信念的涵義加以分析;最後,再以學者們的研究模式對於教學信念與教學實務的關係作一探析。教學是教育活動的核心,是師生間一種相互回饋的互動歷程,所以教學是一種科學,同時也是一種藝術。在教學研究的派典中,隨著教師思考研究之興起,對於教師教學信念之探討,愈來愈受到教育研究社群的重視。因此,教師在教學之前,應當清楚自己的教學信念與教學實務之所在,如此將有助於教師做好有效的實際教學。
