In this paper, it starts from the discussion of intergenerational program. And then researcher will introduce some intergenerational programs in his workplace, and he takes multicultural viewpoints to analyze experiences of the partner about intergenerational interaction. There are two major research questions: First, do they have rethinking from these intergenerational activities? Second, what is the content about multicultural viewpoints of intergenerational programs? In order to know more above, the researcher use depth interviews, participant observation and video records to gather experiences and try to analyze these contents from multicultural viewpoints. Analysis can be presented in four dimensions: First, mother language communication in intergenerational programs. Second, rethinking of image of elderly men; Third, reflections in the poor senior citizen living in the institution; Fourth, observation of the elder physical and mental. Another, conclusions have three parts, (1) rethinking of the programs: the elderly as a resource in intergenerational program programs; (2) rethinking of the theory: multicultural perspective enriching the intergenerational program theory; (3) rethinking of my position: the role between worker and researcher ".
