Sport education model were created by the foreign scholar Daryl Siedentop. He advocated season model in physical education courses for teaching. Not only did the students obtain skills, but they could also fully understand the overall sports. The main purpose of the present study is to explore the practice perception of sport education for the elementary school students. The participants are the sixth-grade students (Boy twelve 12, Girl 18, Age 12±0.35). The researchers put six-week badminton teaching into practice for the students. During this period, the researchers proceed to teaching observation, the collection of the students' sports diary, personal interviews and group interviews after the teaching. There are some findings after the research as follows: (a) The students think that they can enhance the interaction with each other through the competition. (b) It is exciting and fun to take part in the competitions and the procedure of views and emulation. (c)The students can understand more about the tactics and rules of badminton. (d)The teachers are full of sense of achievements during the procedure of teaching. Therefore the researchers suggest to apply such teaching model to the teaching environment fully to make students have an overall understanding of the whole sports.
