題名:提升設計科系學生時尚素養之實證研究

競爭優勢來自於核心能力,設計人才的核心能力除專業技能外,尚需具備時尚素養並知悉尚潮流,方能為設計產業注入源源不絕的創意活水。本研究旨在建構『提升時尚素時養的方法』之檢核指標,以提供設計相關領域人員之依循參考,因屬探索性議題,故研究分二階段進行,第一階段以質性紮根理論實施建構提升時尚素養方法之原創理論,第二階段將已建構之理論作為問卷量表之基礎,施測於時尚設計學群學生。研究發現:(1)採用質性與量化兩種研究方法所得之研究結果,呈現高度之一致性,研究證明藉由多元驗證法可大幅提高研究之信效度;(2)提升時尚素養方法包括「知識內化」、「資訊運用與創思」與「專業提升與實踐」三個層面;(3)專家與時尚設計學群學生對提升時尚素養方法之認同度趨於一致;(4)不同時尚設計學群學生在專業提升與實踐層面存在顯著性差異,故建議課程規劃時應以務實致用為原則,除兼具理論與實務外,更需加強設計方法與創意啟發之相關課程,以提升設計科系學生之競爭優勢。
Competitive advantage is originated from core competence. Design talent should not only master professional skill but also possess fashion accomplishment and get familiar with fashion trend, thus to constantly offer originality for design industry. This study aims to construct indicators ways of enhancing fashion accomplishment and provide a reference for design field. As this is an exploratory issue, the present study is conducted through two stages. The first stage uses qualitative grounded theory to establish original theory of ways of enhancing fashion accomplishment. At the second stage, questionnaires are made based on the constructed theory and then tested among students of fashion design. Research findings are as below: (1) Results obtained through qualitative research and quantitative research are highly correlated. It is demonstrated that multi-factor authentication can significantly increase reliability and validity of research. (2)Ways of enhancing fashion awareness include three aspects namely ”knowledge internalization”, ”information analyzing & processing”, and ”profession improvement & practice”. (3)Average score of experts and fashion design students' identification of fashion accomplishment enhancement ways is consistency. (4) There is a significant difference on professional upgrading and practical among students of fashion design. So Suggestions: when making curriculum plan, design departments should put a greater emphasis on contents and courses about three aspects of fashion accomplishment enhancement; theory and practice should be considered simultaneously; they should also increase courses related with design methods and originality inspiration so as to enhance design students' competitive advantages.
