早期療育藉由發展遲緩兒的童家庭參與,實踐以家庭為中心的理念,進而達到服務的目的與成效。因此,瞭解並掌握發展遲緩兒童家庭對早期療育服務的想法,將有助於服務的有效性。本研究目的在於從服務使用者的角度,瞭解他們如何界定與社會工作者之協同合作關係、影響家庭與社工專業建立協同合作關係的因素。研究者採取質性研究取向,運用「半結構式」一對一深度訪談方式,蒐集15 位發展遲緩兒童家長的意見。研究發現:1.受訪者以「朋友」、「夥伴」、「師生」、「近鄰」及「綜合」五種類型來界定家庭與社工之協同合作關係、2.影響家庭與社會工作專業協同合作的因素包含家庭層面,如社經地位與家長態度;社會工作專業層面,如專業知能與專業態度。最後,本文針對上述研究發現所反映出的相關議題進行討論及提出建議。
In early days, the provisions for children with developmental delays used to focus on family participation and family-centered services. Based on the aforementioned practices, the purpose of this study is to explore, from the perspectives of the parents of children with developmental delays, how the users of services define their collaboration with social workers and the factors that influence the establishment of collaboration between families and social work professionals. Through one-on-one in-depth interviews with 15 parents of children with developmental delays, the researcher gathers data from participants’ experiences and their point of views. The results of this study show that the parents use "friend", "partnership", "teacher-student", "neighbor" and "comprehensive" five types of cooperation to define the relationship between the family and social workers. Additionally, factors that affect the collaboration between families and social work professionals come from two parts: the families that include their socioeconomic status and parents’ attitudes, and the social work profession that includes professional knowledge and professional attitudes. Finally, the researcher makes recommendations based on findings of this study.
