為落實法規之規定與政府之發展政策，及為探討與身心障礙者職業訓練之績效與 執行時所面臨的問題本研究以八十七年度接受職訓局委託辦理身心障礙者職業訓練之各訓練 機構及業界用人單位為對象。透過書面評鑑與實地評鑑等評鑑方法以瞭解： 一、各訓練機構接受職訓局委託辦理身心障礙者職業訓練之現況。 二、訓練機構與業界的合作協調及其困難的解決。 三、業界用人單位之需求。 所使用之工具為自編之書面評鑑表，包括：（一）訓練機構自評用表及（二）業界填寫評鑑 表等兩種工具。 研究資料分析係從各職業訓練、業界需求等方面詳加討論，並提出具體建議。

　　　　　This research investigated the efficiency of the Vocational Training for People with Disabilities with questionnaire and on-the-spot evaluation. 35 Vocational Training Institutes entrusted by Employment and Vocational Training Administration (EVTA) in 1998 were surveyed. The purpose of this research was to comprehended: 1. The present performance of the Vocational Training Institutes entrusted by EVTA. 2.The differences aroused when the Vocational Training Institutes cooperate with employers and the methods they deal with them. 3.The requirements of the employers. This research was investigated by well-developed questionnaire included: 1.The Self-Evaluated Questionnaire of the Vocational Training Institutes, and 2.The questionnaire of the Requirement of the employers. The results were discussed in the present performance of the Vocational Training Institutes and the requirement of the employers, and some suggestions were provided according to the results.
