The main purpose of the research was to investigate the relations among administrative problems, coping strategies, and administrative beliefs. Researcher used the qualitative research to observe an administrator of physical education of Elementary School during ten days. Four times interviews were proceeded simultaneously. Researcher used the constant comparative method of analysis for full transcription and field notes. The main results of the study included: 1.The administrative problems that the administrator of physical education was encountering have three dimensions : organization, interaction, and personal. The coping strategy of changing designs was the way that he used the most to solve problems. 2.According to the sources, the administrative beliefs that the administrator of physical education had own are come from ideal, experience, and personality. 3.Therre are some administrative beliefs to support behind every concrete coping action of the administrator of physical education. 4.The relations among administrative problems, coping strategies, and administrative beliefs form a dialectical circulation. 5.The administrative beliefs that dominate the actions of administrator of physical education are ideologies that he has not perceived. Five recommendations for other administrators were also suggested.
