This study is based on the internet search of Chinese language research literature on "sexuality" in Macao published in the past 20 years. There were 120 related literatures collected. The analysis was based on seven variables: the published time, the sources of papers, attribute areas, researchers' identities, research purposes, research methods, and research subjects. The results showed that the number of related published articles increased from 1997 to 2016 and most of the articles were published in different professional journals; these studies were mostly quantitative and description research; research purposes were mainly describes the development of "sexuality" within the society in Macao. More qualitative research has also been published recently. The themes of these researches on the issue of "sexuality" in Macao for the past 20 years were not sufficiently diversified. In particular, the research subject have been ignored the categories of "relationships" and "sexual activities", especially among the elderly and men.
