As the emerging invention of technology and information, the society is changing rapidly. "Knowledge" has become the key to success, which declares the coming of knowledge economic society. The society of neo-liberalism emphasizes highly individuality, connecting personal creation with global needs, and thus constructs the knowledge age based on profession and technology. People have to keep absorbing new information and do multiple thinking to adapt themselves to the changing society. However, the pursuit of improving knowledge also challenges education. The rapid change of society asks the school to keep up with it: and the great vision coming with knowledge society materializes knowledge to become comparable products. The main educational essence of that human as the subject of knowledge is lost. Therefore, the school today should go back to the educational thought, and view students themselves as the purpose of education. Knowledge is the power that assists education moving forward, but human is the subject who functions and creates knowledge. Schools should change their thoughts from "competition" and "comparison" to "self-creation" and "self-improvement," improve schools’ knowledge inventive ability, and thus practicing the true meaning of "knowledge is power."
