國際學生評量計畫（The Program for International Student Assessment，PISA）在 2006年將科學態度列入科學表現調查項目，引起學習表現與學習態度是否有關聯？在何種狀態下有關聯的探討。本文以臺灣、香港、日本、韓國做為對象，探討在「儒家文化」的特殊性之下，這幾個國家或地區學生的PISA科學表現與科學態度之關聯。採用典型相關分析來探討科學表現與科學態度之關聯，詮釋儒家文化對科學表現與態度的關係。本文提出儒家文化區內學生科學成績表現與相關態度之間的特殊關聯性。
