Changes in demography structure of society promote more interaction between generations also highlight the importance of intergenerational issues in family studies. They show the lifestyles of a region which implies social and cultural values among people. The interaction among family members constitutes a knowledge, attitude and skills in the three ways of succession from generation to generation. The method of the study conducts semistructured depth interviews among 9 subjects. The purposes of the study are as the following: Firstly, to probe the process of succession in century-old family business, including the motivation of succession and the way of nurture and training toward successors. Secondly, to understand the intergenerational relations in century-old stores families, including the way of intergenerational interaction and the content of roles, responsibilities and behaviors in a family.
