題名:自由行陸客民宿體驗之研究--以花蓮「好客民宿」為例

本研究藉由參與觀察及深度訪談方式,收集31位自由行陸客與民宿主人資料,發現自由行陸客在花蓮「好客民宿」的體驗可分為住宿、人情、在地及活動等方面。住宿方面,自由行陸客能體驗主人精心設計住宿空間、特色收藏及特色餐飲,感受「家」的氣氛;人情方面,自由行陸客能體驗民宿主人濃厚的人情味,感受被當成「家人」的溫暖,進而增進兩岸民眾彼此的了解;在地方面,自由行陸客能體驗到兩岸文化的異同與關連性,領悟「民主、自由」的真諦;活動方面,自由行陸客能體驗「參與」及「互動」,享受「樂活、慢活」的樂趣。最後,依據研究結果提出相關的實務建議,作為「好客民宿」接待自由行陸客之參考依據,並指出未來可進一步探討之研究主題。
By qualitative research methods, including participant observation and in-depth interviews, the research data gathered from 31 interviewees indicates that free individual travel for Mainlanders and hosts' perceptions can be categorized into four components: (1) accommodation; (2) favor-doing; (3) location; and (4) activity. In accommodation, free individual travel for mainlanders can experience special space, collection, food and the atmosphere of "home". In favor-doing, free individual travel for mainlanders can experience the favor-doing of host and to be treating as a family. Then, mainlanders and Taiwanese will know each other more. In location, free individual travel for mainlanders can experience the same and different culture between Taiwan and China, and they can realize the real meaning of "democracy and freedom". In activity, free individual travel for mainlanders can experience "participation" and "interaction", and then they can enjoy the fun of "LOHAS and slow-living". The findings of this study also provide suggestions regarding "Taiwan Host" and future research.
