This research aimed at analyzing how Schein, Martin and Quinn’s cultural viewpoints inspired the school organizational operation and management through the literature review. Firstly, after comprehensive analysis and discussions, this research put forward the meaning, characteristic and functions of school culture to help school leaders form a basic concept of school culture. Secondly, this research further analyzed organizational culture with viewpoints from scholars like Schein (1992), Martin (1992) and Quinn (1988). Thirdly, from some related researches, the author found that the current situation of school culture, culture level and relevant variables (scuh as school effectiveness, teacher’s job satisfaction and student’s achievement) were closely interconnected with the school culture. At last, from it, we drew the enlightenment for school leaders in hopes of developing more good plans beneficial to the operation and management of a school. Additionallyk, we sincerely hope that school leaders should scrutinize school culture context and excavate more significance which sometimes is more important that facts from what happened on campus. The school culture is not only the responsibility of leaders but all the members in school. And only by sticking to this, we can stride forward to a better future of education in a steady and right way. And we hope so!
