The main purposes of this research were to explore the values of four-year college students of technology and their affecting factors. One thousand four hundred and ninety four samples were selected from 17 four-year colleges of technology. ”Value Scale of Four-Year College Students of Technology” was used as the research instrument to collect the data. The statistic methods included descriptive statistics, t test, one-way ANOVA. The results of the research were as follow:1. Four-year college students consider self-related values more important than those public–related.2. Sex-role stereotyping happened to change in the value system of four–year college students of technology.3. The differences exited in values due to different background factors.4. Family climate was a key factor affecting the values of four–year college students of technology.5. Different value cultures were formed due to students' different majors.
