　　　　　鑒於對職業進行研究與探討，將有助於對人類行為、社會角色、甚至是社會結構的瞭解。因此，對「教師社會學」之研究範疇進行探討，將有助提供教育現場教師認識與掌握職業方向、及未來建構「教師社會學」知識體系之參考。本研究經採文獻探討法，透過對教師社會學發展之回顧、專書與期刊論文主題之分析、與相關實證研究之探討，提出四項結論：一、「教師社會學」需放置在「歷史脈絡」、「情境脈絡」、及「研究取向」所構成的三度空間中來討論；二、「教師社會學」包含「教師工作的性質」、「教師角色」、「教師的社會地位」、「教師的組成結構」、「教師文化」、「教師權威」、「教師專業」、「教師社會化」、「教師組織」及「教師的身份認同」等研究範疇；三、「教師社會學」各研究範疇間存有環環相扣之關係；四、「教師社會學」的研究範疇仍有擴展的可能性。
　　　　　The purpose of this study is to explore teacher by the sociological perspectives. According to literature search, three conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. The category of the "Sociology of Teacher" has to be considered within the context that includes time dimension, space dimension and thought dimension. 2. The category of the "Sociology of Teacher" includes ten topics that are teacher work, teacher role, teacher status, who teach, teacher authority, teacher profession, teacher culture, teacher socialization, teachers' organization and teacher identity. 3. The ten topics in the "Sociology of Teacher" are coherent. 4. Another topics in the "Sociology of Teacher" will probably expend in the future.
