　　　　　本研究旨在對於教師效能感的理論基礎及概念進行分析，並對未來研究之可行方向提出建議。本研究發現教師效能感的理論基礎有四，分別為：控制信念理論、歸因理論、自我效能感理論及學得的無助感理論，其中以控制信念理論及自我效能感理論的影響較大。目前對於教師效能感的整體性定義並無明顯歧見，但對於教師效能感的內涵則有不同看法。教師效能感的特性包括：基於個人主觀的知覺、具有情境與學科特定性、是多向度的構念、來自多元化訊息的統整、具有發展性、與行動具有交互影響的關係等。
