在民營化之後,國營企業的員工在工作態度與工作表現上,應該與以前已有所不同。有學者指出一般公司員工對於組織公平性的認知與其工作價值觀,會影響組織公民行為的產生。因此,本研究想了解自來水公司的員工是否也有類似的態度與表現。從以254 位員工為樣本的研究中發現,組織公平與工作價值觀確實會顯著影響組織公民行為。在組織公平部分,分配公平與程序公平對組織公民行為有正向影響,但是互動公平卻有負向影響。在工作價值觀部分,努力工作、獨立與苦行主義對於組織公民行為有正向影響,減少休閒時間有負向影響。
The employees of State-owned companies have been changing their work attitude and performance-orientation after triggering the process of privatization. Some scholars focusing on private companies indicate that organizational justice and work ethics have influences on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). These studies pointed out that organizational justice, including distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice, is positively related to OCB. In addition, the dimensions of Protestant Work Ethics, including hard work, independence, nonleisure and asceticism, are associated with OCB as well. The main aim of this study is to investigate whether these relationships are still significant in Taiwan Water Corporation. Consequently, we hypothesize different dimensions of organizational justice and work ethics are significantly related to OCB. After surveying 254 of 300 employees in Taiwan Water Corporation, the results show organizational justice and work ethics significantly predict organizational citizenship behavior. With respect to organizational justice, distributive justice and procedural justice are positively related to OCB, but interactional justice is negatively associated with OCB. As for work ethics, hard work, independence and asceticism have positive relationships with OCB, however, nonleisure is negatively related to OCB.
