This research intends to define the relation between knowledge management of elementary school administrators' and school effectiveness. Adopted the means of questionnaire, as well as collected the present status of knowledge management of elementary school administrators' and school effectiveness, with administrative staff in public elementary school of Kaohsiung and Pingtung Dist. As research objects, it issued 839 filling questionnaires in total, among which 756 returned, accounting for 90%; 14 ineffective questionnaires cancelled, namely the effective samples reached 742 in total. The questionnaires "the Relationship Between School Knowledge Management and School Effectiveness" compiled by the researchers are used as a research tool. T-test, one-way ANOVA, product moment correlation, canonical correlation and other statistics methods are used for collection of data. According the research result, the following suggestions are made as references for educational organizations and administrator': 1. Finance to improve knowledge management and carry out schools restructuring. 2. Hold knowledge management study activity and heighten knowledge management capacity. 3. Build up management concept of knowledge assets and set up knowledge feedback system. 4. Make good use of information Technology to promote efficiency and strengthen operation of administration organizations.
