The main purpose of this study is to explore students' desire of attending teachers training program, learning attitude, perception of teaching and willing-ness of teaching. Two scales are constructed, namely, student's learning attitude and willingness of teaching. The study sample includes 944 students who are attending prese rvice teachers training in Taipei Municipal Teachers College. In order to investigate the relationships of background variables, the desire of attending teachers' col-lege, learning attitude, perception and willingness of teaching, simple descriptive statistics, correlation and multiple regression are used in the study. In addition, the path model is constructed to explain students' willingness of teaching and other related factors. It is hoped that the finding from this study will shed more light on the speculation related to the improvement of teachers training program and provide useful imformation for the goverment.
