題名:大學課程與教學設計對學生學業能力發展影響之探究

文旨在探討公私立大學課程與教學設計與學生知識、語文及數理邏輯分析三種學業能力發展之現況與因果關係,在控制學生不同學科背景變項後,透過t考驗與多元迴歸分析法發現公私立大學在課程與教學設計與學生學業能力發展方面有很大的改善空間,也證實大學課程與教學設計與學生學業能力發展有顯著因果關係。根據研究結果,本文建議大學應該提供令學生滿意的課程配套措施,並依照課程屬性與學生條件設計各種學習取向的課程;在教學設計上:大學教師應在專業、通識與語文課程中,適當地運用學生中心的教學設計;在數理課程方面,應適當地運用教師中心的教學設計;且大學應透過課程教學的獎勵制度、知能研習、學習社群、學生需求調查等,鼓勵教師設計多種學習取向的課程,以及靈活運用教學設計。
