「語言能力，是國家的資產，需要政府大力投資」。在知識經濟主導的全球化時代，提升英語力是現代國家的教育重點。以知識經濟觀點為核心的教育行政領導新思維，成為推動英語村設立實施的關鍵，也是開闊英語村發展新局之動力。本文探討未來英語村發展之再脈絡化，以使英語村發展推向無限的可能，成為優質多元之英語學習方式。
＂Language proficiency is the asset of a country which requires the government to invest in.＂ In the age of globalization, elevating English ability is the priority in education of modern countries. New leadership concepts focusing on a viewpoint of knowledge economy becomes the key to promoting the implementation of English villages as well as the power to expand its development. This study explores the recontextualization of future development of English villages in order to achieve its unlimited potentiality and become an innovative English learning method of good quality.
