本研究的主要目的主要在探討知識工作者之知識分享行為、個人創造力以及工作績效三者之關係,並加以整合。本研究採用問卷調查法,對象為台灣高科技產業員工,共計回收有效問卷218份,並利用階層迴歸進行分析。研究結果顯示:知識工作者之知識分享行為對個人創造力具有顯著正向影響。知識工作者之創造力對工作績效具有顯著正向影響。知識工作者之知識分享對工作績效具有顯著正向影響。知識工作者之創造力對知識分享與工作績效間之關係具有完全中介效果。最後,本研究根據研究結果提出理論及實務意涵,並針對研究限制及未來研究建議加以討論。
The main purpose of the present study is to exaime the relationships among knowledge sharing, creativity, and job organization of knowledge workers. We used the questionnaire-survey method to gather data from employees in Taiwan's high-tech industry. We ended up with 218 valid questionnaires. We analyzed the data by conducting a regression analysis. The results showed: a), knowledge sharing significant positively influences creativity; b), creativity significant positively influences job performance; c), knowledge sharing significant positively influences job performance; and d), creativity complete mediates the relationship between knowledge sharing and job performance. The study's findings have both practical and theoretical implications for the field. Finally, research limitations and suggestions for future studies are discussed.
