本研究旨在探索校園選舉策略的觀測指標,研究使用「校園選舉策略調查問卷」,以571名國小教師為樣本,使用SPSS12.0與Amos7.0統計軟體,進行結構方程模式(SEM)分析資料。結果發現:(一)校園選舉策略包含四個面向,分別為組織動員、選舉行銷、人際結盟與權益衝突。(二)校園選舉策略傾向以選舉行銷為其主要之方式。(三)校園選舉策略此一模式結構適配度、各觀察變項與潛在變項皆具有良好的信度、聚合效度,以及區別效度,顯示模式具有預測力與穩定性。根據研究結果與發現,於文中提出具體之建議,以作為未來進一步研究的參考。
The main purpose of this study was to explore the observational indicators of electoral strategy in schools. The data of the present study were collected from questionnaires on electoral strategies in schools by 571 elementary school teachers. The results of this study are listed as following: 1. The four electoral strategies in schools include “organizational mobilization,” “electoral marketing,” “interpersonal alliance” and “conflict of rights and interests”. 2. The major school electoral strategy is electoral marketing. 3. The internal-component evaluation indicates that latent variables have good reliability, convergent validity, and discriminant validity. The model’s stability and predictive power were confirmed. Based on the findings, we proposed some suggestions for future research.
