The main purpose of the study are (1)to explore the factors, patterns, and functions of a distinguished instruction team at Ta-I elementary school, (2)to analyze its teachers' learning behavior, common values, and interactions, (3)to describe the culture of teaching and learning at the school, (4) to examine the leadership style and related actions of the principal, and (5)to understand the impact of the team spirit on the school culture of teaching and learning.
