題名:電視媒體集團的組織認同與組織文化:以東森媒體集團與旺旺中時集團為例

本研究根據組織認同與組織文化的相關理論,以問卷調查法蒐集近年來歷經併購與被併購之東森媒體集團與中時旺旺集團轄下之東森電視臺、東森財經新聞臺、中天新聞臺、以及中國電視公司等四家電視媒體員工對於其公司組織文化的感知以及其對於公司組織認同的程度,並比較四家電視媒體的組織文化與組織認同之異同。研究結果指出:第一,有關組織文化方面,包括「參與社會公益活動」,「提升社會文化風氣」,「嚴格要求提高標準」,及「善用數位傳播科技」等四個面向,四家電視媒體有顯著的差異。在組織認同方面,則是對於「我很在意公司的未來」此一項目,四家電視媒體有顯著的差異;第二,組織文化與組織認同量表的同意度平均值最高的皆為東森財經新聞臺,次高者為中國電視公司;第三,組織認同量表之因素分析呼應先前的研究結果,其因素構面包括:(1)情感導向認同,(2)行為導向認同,(3)認知導向認同,以及(4)持續導向認同等四項。
Since the late 1990s, Taiwan’s Cable television companies have been facing global trend of mergers and acquisitions and many have become media conglomerates in order to better equip themselves in the highly competitive market environment. The current study employs the method of social survey to study the organizational culture and organizational identification during the post merger-and-acquisition period by the employees of EBC (East Broadcasting Company) conglomerate’s Financial News Channel and ETTV channel; as well as Want Want Conglomerate’s CTiTV Inc. and CTV (China Television Company). Limitations for the current study and suggestions for future research are discussed.
