本研究旨在瞭解中彰地區國民中小學教師在工作壓力、工作價值觀與工作倦怠的差異與相關情形。本研究採取問卷調查法,以中彰地區國中小教師為研究對象,有效樣本共計666人(男156人,女510人)。本研究採用的研究工具有三種,分別為本研究編製的「國民中小學教師工作壓力量表」及修訂的「工作價值觀量表」、「助人專業職業倦怠量表」。本研究進行假設驗證後,獲致如下的結論:
一、國中小教師的工作壓力屬於中等程度。
二、國中小教師對工作價值觀的認同度為中等程度。
三、國中小教師的工作倦怠程度偏低。
四、國小與國中教師在工作壓力、工作價值觀與工作倦怠有顯著差異。
五、國小與國中教師的工作壓力與工作倦怠有密切相關。
六、國小與國中教師的工作壓力與工作價值觀有密切相關。
七、國小與國中教師的工作價值觀與工作倦怠有密切相關。
八、不同背景變項的國小與國中教師,在工作壓力、工作價值觀與工作倦怠上有差異。
九、「教學與輔導管教的壓力」及「自我成長與實現工作價值觀」,最能預測國中小教師的工作倦怠。
根據研究發現與結論,本研究提出建議供學校行政單位、國中小教師與未來相關研究參考。
This study aims to explore the differences and correlations among work stress, work value, and burnout of elementary and junior high school teachers in Taichung and Changhua city. The research is based on the questionnaire method to engage in the exploration. In total, 666 teachers (156 males, 510 females) are administered the following instruments: Work Stress Scale of Elementary and Junior High School Teacher, Work Value Scale and Work Burnout Scale. This study, after the verification for the received data statistics, has come to the following conclusions:
1.Elementary and junior high school teachers have a middle level of work stress.
2.Elementary and junior high school teachers have a middle level on the identification of work value.
3.Elementary and junior high school teachers have a low level of burnout.
4.There are differences of work-related stress, value, and burnout between elementary and junior high school teachers.
5.There is a significant correlation between the work stress and burnout for elementary and junior high school teachers.
6.There is a significant correlation between the work stress and work value for elementary and junior high school teachers.
7.There is a significant correlation between the work value and burnout for elementary and junior high school teachers.
8.There are differences in work stress, work value, and burnout for elementary and junior high school teachers with a variety of backgrounds.
9.“Stress of Teaching, Guidance and Discipline” and “Self-Growth and Self-Actualization” are the best predictors of work burnout.
The study, based on the conclusions stated above, has raised recommendations as the reference for school administrators, teachers of elementary and junior high school, and future researchers.
