The purpose of this study was to explore the feasibility of moral education curriculum in the Ta-Ta kindergarten (anonymous). It focused on the planning、 implementation and evaluation in terms of different learning materials and activities. The research methods such as participation observation, document analysis and questionnaires were used in this study. The conclusion of this study were shown as follows: 1. The planning of school-based moral education curriculum was feasible. 2. Projects for developing curriculum in moral education include the following aspects: depicting the framework of moral education, constructing the ideal vision of the target class and the objectives of the project, compiling an appropriate teaching plans and activities. 3. The steps in implementing moral education were to tell stories、explain moral concepts、experience in life for kindergarten children so as to evaluate the outcomes of students' behavior. 4. The results showed that the self-compiled and selected materials on moral education were most suitable for the students, only a little of them should be modified. The selected materials, teacher's professional ability and teaching activity design were the three crucial factors for the implementation of moral education.
