The purpose of this study was to explore the feasibility of a second grade moral education curriculum. It focused to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the project in terms of different learning materials and activities. The conclusions of this study were as follows: 1. There factors which moral education curriculum encountered were: the absence of models is the community, ignorance of the parents, and the lack of appropriate curriculum for moral education. 2. Projects for developing curriculum in moral education include the following aspects: depicting the framework of moral education, constructing the ideal vision of the target class and the objectives of the project, and compiling appropriate teaching plans and activities. 3. The steps in implementing moral education were to tell stories, explain moral concepts, provide life experiences for grade two students so as to evaluate the outcomes of students’ behavior.
