為因應社會變遷及產業升級之趨勢,教育部於2010年頒佈《技職教育再造方案》,此方案在「強化務實致用特色發展」及「落實培育技術人力角色」之定位下,分5個推展面向,提出10項策略;冀望透過方案的實施,達到「改善師生教學環境、強化產學實務連結、培育優質專業人才」的目標。建國科技大學(簡稱本校)配合教育部政策及產業發展趨勢,積極推展《技職教育再造方案》,尤其在方案之「強化教師實務教學能力、引進產業資源協同教學、擴展產學緊密結合培育模式、落實學生校外實習課程」等策略之執行,更是不遺餘力,且已展現提升實務教學效能之策略成果。此外,本校在專業教學型科技大學之定位下,秉持「學力、實力、願力」之辦學理念,及「為中小企業提供產品設計、研發、管理與服務」的教學發展核心特色,採行「快樂學習、主動服務、多元發展」策略,強調「術德兼修、手腦並用」,協助學生「培養專業、順利就業、樂群敬業」,達成「培育企業界所樂用的科技專業人才」之教育目標。本校已連續7年榮獲教育部獎勵大學《教學卓越計畫》,此意含本校熱心辦學,績效卓著,深獲教育部肯定。本文旨在報導本校推展前述各項《技職教育再造方案》策略,及落實執行《教學卓越計畫》,提升實務教學效能之具體作法、特色與成效,並提出相關理論意涵、實務意涵、與建議,做為各大學校院提升實務教學效能之學習典範。
In respond to trends of social change and industrial upgrading, Ministry of Education announced and publicly presented ”Technological and Vocational Education Reform Project” in 2010. Designed to ”strengthen practical skills” and ”nurture technological talents”, the project incorporates five development dimensions and proposes ten strategies. It is expected that with the implementation of the project, the goals of ”improving the instructional environment”, ”strengthening the practical connection between academia and industries” and ”nurturing quality professional talents” can be achieved.Chienkuo Technology University (CTU) actively promotes Technological and Vocational Education Reform Project, especially in carrying out the strategies such as strengthening instructor's practical instruction abilities, introducing industrial resources into team teaching programs, expanding the nurturing model that closely connects the academia with industries, and realizing off-campus internship programs. And CTU has already had good results in strengthening the effectiveness of instructors' practical teaching abilities.In addition, under the positioning of becoming a teaching-focused technology university, CTU's educational concepts are professional, competent, and dedicated. They help trigger students' interest in learning, and make students more willing to provide services actively. Its diversified teaching methods and strategies foster students' professionalism that help them obtain employment opportunities easily, and they are dedicated in their own career and teamwork. Such talents will be eagerly sought after in the workplace. CTU emphasizes the importance of both technology and virtue, as well as the use of both the mind and the hands. Besides, CTU aims to foster high-level talents in technology who are well educated in theory, practice, and research. These talents will be sought after in the working world, and will become successful members of the society. CTU has received the subvention of the Project of Teaching Excellence from the Ministry of Education for seven successive years, which means that the enthusiasm and achievement for education of CTU are highly affirmed by the Ministry of Education.The present paper aims to introduce the strategies for implementing Technological and Vocational Education Reform Project. In addition, this paper shows the concrete actions CTU takes to execute the Project of Teaching Excellence and to improve practical teaching effectiveness, their characteristics and results. At last, this paper concludes by proposing some theoretical and practical implications for academic and industries.
