題名:國中生職群性向與英語歌唱教學成效之相關研究

本研究藉由縱貫性研究及立意抽樣方法,探討不同職群性向國中生在教學團英語歌唱教學活動歷程之英語歌唱教學成效變化以瞭解國中生職群性向與英語歌唱教學成效之相關。由於目前多數研究以橫斷研究為主,因此本研究採縱貫研究,主要以潛在成長曲線模式(Latent Growth Curve Modeling, LGM)為研究方法,以H國中八年級之117位學生為研究樣本,針對其三次英語歌唱教學成效(以英語月考總成績,聽力測驗成績,文法測驗成績為指標)並將其轉換為Z分數,分別就職群性向及性別以群組分析方式分析其在英語歌唱教學成效上的起始狀態及成長速率。研究結果顯示學生在教學團英語歌唱教學活動歷程之教學成效潛在成長模式的初始狀態及成長速率適配情形良好,但學生初始狀態有個別顯著差異,且對未來表現無法預測;學生在教學團英語歌唱教學活動歷程之教學成效隨時間的改變情形良好,教學團對教師教學支持是正向的,且在學生程度差異較小的班級實施英語歌唱教學成效較好;非語文性向群組的成長趨勢較語文性向群組好,語文性向群組在聽力成效方面表現較佳;男生的表現雖較不如女生穩定,但有向上提升的趨勢;聽力測驗成績對女學生而言,成長趨勢較正向。另針對教學實務的建議為:以英語歌曲教學提升學生英語學習動機進而提升教學成效;領域會議應同時具有教學團的功能。針對教育當局的建議為: 善用激勵因子鼓勵教師實施英語歌曲教學;基於教育機會均等原則補助學生標準化測驗的費用。針對未來研究的建議為:以更大樣本分析英語歌唱教學成效;增加多個時間點,並運用標準化測驗;可加入學生動機,學習態度,學習滿意度等外因變項。
This study aimed to explore the changes of teaching effectiveness with different career aptitudes in the English song teaching team by the longitudinal research and purposive sampling to realize the relations between junior high school students’ career aptitudes and the teaching effectiveness. Since most researches mainly based on the cross-sectional researches, this study used the longitudinal research and Latent Growth Curve Modeling (LGM), analyzing 117 8th-grade students' initial levels and rate of growth changes on teaching effectiveness at three intervals of time, represented by the z-score grades of monthly exams, the z-score grades of listening, and the z-score grades of grammar. The results of this study were: the model of the teaching effectiveness at three intervals of time provided a perfect fit to the data, and English song instruction could enhance the effectiveness of teaching, but it could not predict further effectiveness of teaching because of students' individual differences; the changes of teaching effectiveness at three intervals of time provided were positive, and the teaching team supported teachers' teaching, especially better for the class with minor students' degrees; the Non-language aptitude group performed better growth trend, and the language aptitude group performed better on listening grades; the performances of the boys were not more stable than the girls, but the growth trend was positive, and girls' listening grades performed more positive. The recommendations for teachings were: English song instruction should be used to enhance the effectiveness of teaching, and English Teaching Committee should include the function of English teaching team. The recommendations for education systems were: use Herzberg's motivators to encourage teachers to use English song instruction, and fees of standardized tests should be subsidized by the government basing on equality of educational opportunity. The recommendations for further studies were: the database would be required to analyze the effectiveness of English song instruction, standardized tests measured at more intervals of time would be feasible, and students' motivation, students' learning attitudes and students' learning satisfaction added as exogenous variables would be recommended.
