     本文旨在探討新右派的課程政策主張,以期對我國當前的課程改革有所啟示。首先,分析新右派的內涵;接著,對新右派的課程政策主張加以評析;最後,本文作者根據新右派課程政策之論點,試圖提出對我國當前課程改革的啟示。綜上所述,當前英美新右派的課程政策是結合新自由主義的教育市場化機制與新保守主義的國定課程,以及國定測驗之「保守的現代化」政策,意圖加強績效責任以提昇國家競爭力,並維護西方傳統的價值。反觀國內的課程改革,卻是走向「教育鬆綁」的方向。臺灣的課程改革充滿了人文主義與自由主義的色彩,值得高度肯定,但課程鬆綁與統整後所造成「知識淺化」的現象,卻也值得憂慮。面對當前課程改革,我們有必要進行深度的反省與前瞻,以期對課程改革有所助益。
