題名:團隊外顯與內隱協調於團隊活動之中介角色: 量表發展與實證

本研究主要在探討組織當中團隊協調的主要構面,並依據團隊協調觀點與外顯內隱觀點,發展團隊外顯與內隱協調量表,並檢視其信效度,最後驗證團隊外顯與內隱協調於交易型領導與轉換型領導對於團隊效能之間的關係。
首先,本研究以團隊協調與內隱協調理論為基礎,整理相關量表並彙整編製題項。經5位學者專家進行題項修正與刪減,接著以323人正式樣本,檢驗題目與信效度,最後得題項26題。第二階段以643人(147個團隊)正式樣本,將發展之團隊外顯與內隱協調量表進行二階驗證性因素分析,最後得六個構面分別為外顯當責、內隱當責、外顯預測性、內隱預測性、外顯共同理解、內隱共同理解等,共計21題;信度介於.827到.909之間,量表各構面皆具有收斂與區別效度。最後經由巢狀分析本研究架構,結果發現:交易型領導與轉換型領導透過團隊外顯協調的完全中介效果,正向影響團隊效能。另外,交易型領導與轉換型領導透過團隊內隱協調的部分中介效果,正向影響團隊效能。最後,本研究針對研究結果進行討論,並提出研究建議與未來研究方向。
This study focused on the investigation to develop a team explicit and implicit coordination scale, the emphasis was placed on generating the scale items, conducting questionnaires, and test the reliability and validity of the scale. Finally, we test team explicit and implicit coordination as mediators in the relative influence of transactional leadership and transformational leadership on team effectiveness.
According to team coordination and implicit coordination theories, the original team coordination scale was developed from a review of related studies. After item revision and elimination was performed by 5 experts. Subsequently, the reliability and validity of these items were determined using a sample of 323 participants. The results of an exploratory factor analysis indicated that 5 dimensions (26 items) were valid. The reliability coefficients of the dimensions ranged between .80 and .95.
Second stage of the study, we using another sample of 643 participants (147 teams) test second-order CFA. The result reveal that scale that team explicit and implicit coordination was categorized into six dimensions (21 items): explicit accountability, implicit accountability, explicit predictability, implicit predictability, explicit common understanding, and implicit common understanding. Moreover, we using nested-model analysis test the mediators in the relative influence of transactional leadership and transformational leadership on team effectiveness. The results show that (1) Team explicit coordination was complete mediated between transactional leadership and team effectiveness. (2) Team implicit coordination was partly mediated between transactional leadership and team effectiveness. (3) Team explicit coordination was complete mediated between transformational leadership and team effectiveness. (4) Team explicit coordination was partly mediated between transformational leadership and team effectiveness. Future research can explore the applicability of scale for measuring team coordination in team management practices.
