This main purpose of this study was to explore the teaching evaluation behaviors for expert physical education teachers in preschool. Based on the qualitative methods and theoretical sampling, 13 experienced preschool physical education teachers those had over 10 years of teaching seniority were interviewed by using semi-structured interview, actual teaching situation of 3 teachers were observed by participation observation and documentary analysis. Interview reports were analyzed by open and axial coding process. All of information was rearranged, induced, compared, and analyzed. This study indicated that the main contents of teaching evaluation behaviors for physical education teachers in preschool included 'evaluation', 'feedback', 'teacher's praise and criticizing', and 'teaching reflection'. The concepts of 'evaluation' included 'the purposes of evaluation' and 'the ways of evaluation'; The concepts of 'feedback' included 'teaching feedback' and 'strengthen and revise'; The concepts of 'teacher's praise and criticizing' included 'praise and encourage' and 'criticize and censure'; The concepts of 'teaching reflections' included 'reflections in teaching skills', 'reflections in materials' and 'reflections behind teaching'. This study showed clearly the contents and concepts of teaching evaluation behaviors for expert physical education teachers in preschool those could improve the skills of teaching evaluation behaviors for physical education teachers in preschool, and contribute teachers to seek the outstanding teaching behaviors.
